Silver Mark for Sport at Hydesville Tower School

Hydesville Tower School in Walsall is celebrating after being awarded a Silver School Games Mark for the School’s commitment, engagement and delivery of competitive sport.
The award is part of a Government led scheme which launched in 2012 to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community.
PE Teacher Miss Fairbrother said: “We are delighted to be recognised for our sporting success over the past academic year. The future for sporting success at Hydesville is certainly looking bright; our new on-site sports facilities have opened up numerous opportunities for us, including more after-school clubs, and the chance to hold more sporting activities on site. Who knows, next year we could celebrating a Gold School Games Mark!”
