Small Classes
A hallmark of Hydesville is classes that are typically half the size of other schools. GCSE subjects are often taught to just a handful of pupils.
Nursery, Prep & Senior
Being a co-educational all-through school means siblings can attend one campus together. There’s also no need for a daunting move at the end of Nursery and Year 6.
Traditional Values
We value good manners and high standards of behaviour. We promote the importance of community and value the varied contributions our pupils’ families make to school life.
Exceptional, Flexible Nursery Provision
Children are proven to be significantly ahead of their peers when they leave our fun, teaching nursery to start our Reception classes. At our Nursery, you can choose from term time only or up to 49 weeks a year.
A Smooth Transition Through Hydesville
Moving from Prep to Senior school is a seamless transition at Hydesville as Year 6 are taught English, Mathematics, Science, Art and Music by specialist teachers in senior classrooms.
Results that Exceed Expectations
We consistently top the GCSE performance tables but, better than that; our mixed ability pupils typically achieve far better grades than they were predicted at 11-years-old. Progress is the key.
