Small Classes
We are fiercely protective of the teacher:pupil ratio that is the hallmark of a Hydesville Tower School education. We are proud to offer the smallest class sizes in any independent school in the borough.
Hot Lunch

Optional Extras
Food & Drink
An additional milk or juice carton can be provided for any pupil at a cost of £25.15 per term.
Lunch for Year 10 and 11 pupils is also available to purchase, daily or termly. A daily lunch voucher can be bought from the office.
Examinations & Tuition
Variable charges are applied for all public exams, including GCSEs.
Specialist extra-curricular tuition, for example to learn a musical instrument or a martial art, is charged separately.
Transport

Wraparound Care & Holiday Provision
We operate a chargeable term-time before and after school club for Reception to Year 6 pupils. Please contact the School Office for more details.
Sibling Discounts
When brothers and sisters attend the school at the same time we provide a:
- 5% reduction against the fees for the second child
- 10% reduction against the fees for the third child
- 15% reduction against the fees for the fourth child
- 15% reduction against the fees for the fifth child – this is the maximum sibling discount.
Financial Assistance Bursaries
We offer a limited number of bursaries to make an independent education accessible to children who we believe can make a positive contribution to school life and who demonstrate a love of learning and high standards of behaviour. All bursaries are means-tested and awarded based on a household’s financial situation and subject to the availability of school bursary funds. A bursary is awarded at the discretion of the Headteacher and is reviewed periodically.
NHS Discount
Where one or both parents are direct employees of the NHS* we offer a 10% discount against fees in recognition of their contribution to the health and wellbeing of society. This is a limited discount, available for a pupil’s first year (three consecutive terms) only. Contact us for further information.
* a valid NHS ID is needed as proof of eligibility for the discount.
Year 7 Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded to pupils joining Year 7. The award of a scholarship offers a significant discount against tuition fees. The amount offered is at the discretion of the Headteacher and depends on the level of achievement, all round commitment and leadership in the pupil’s field of excellence you can find out more about the Scholarship programme here.
