Seniors visit Black Country Living Museum

Pupils in Year 8 and 9 visited the Black Country Living Museum to discover more about the Industrial Revolution and its impact on Victorian society.
Pupils experienced a guided tour around the museum, learning about the role local people played in creating an industrialised Britain.
The trip also included a walk through an underground mine and a lesson in a Victorian classroom where pupils demonstrated their quick mental arithmetic. Fortunately, the class were spared the cane as all pupils had clean hands and no nail varnish!
