Pupils donate toys to Acorns Children’s Hospice
Kind hearted brothers, Kairon in Year 1 and Reuben in Nursery, have donated several bags of toys to Acorns Children’s Hospice in Walsall.
The idea for the thoughtful gesture came about when the boys visited the hospice with their family. Kairon wanted to do something nice for the children and their families: “I wanted to put a smile on the children’s faces and make them happy at Christmas,” he said.
Tanya Fellows, Community Fundraising Officer at Acorns Children’s Hospice, is delighted with the donation, and thanked Kairon and Reuben for being so kind and thoughtful.
