Nursery’s Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

Nursery rhymes play is such a vital role in our children’s early lives, particularly when it comes to the development of crucial language and communication skills.
As part of ‘World Nursery Rhyme Week’, Nursery children took part in lots of fun-filled activities involving their favourite nursery rhymes and characters, including Humpty Dumpty, Five Currant Buns, Hickory Dickory Dock, Miss Polly and Incy Wincy Spider. The children also took part in a ‘Rhyme A Day Challenge’ which was a quiz to test their knowledge of traditional nursery rhymes.
To celebrate the week in style, Nursery hosted a ‘Mad Hatter’s Tea Party,’ where children came dressed in their finest outfits and enjoyed nursery rhyme sing-alongs and delicious party food. Looks like everyone had lots of fun!
