Children will identify and compare human and natural features of localities, and consider how human activities affect the environment.

Year 6

They focus on developing their geographical skills through the interpretation and drawing of maps, and the undertaking of geographical investigations, responding to questions and observations. They investigate coastlines and their development. Concentrating on how different features are formed and how leisure and business use are affected.
